Paul Weidnecht’s work has appeared or is forthcoming in Oregon Literary Review, Clapboard House, Snowy Egret, The Copperfield Review, The Smoking Poet, hitotoki, Potomac Review (Online), Boston Literary Magazine, Outdoor Life, and The Final Lilt of Songs (2008), an anthology of New Jersey poets He has written a feature-length historical screenplay, A Storm In Season, about a former slave who became the first African-American war hero, and is currently at work on a novel.
